Client Story: Cedric Andrew
Cedric founded Overgrowth Marketing LLC. His motto? "Be grateful. Be genuine. Be great."
Before investing in Applied Ideals business coaching, I was seven months into my new business and didn't have much traction.
I was working two jobs at the time and looking for a way to cut back on one of them so I could focus more on my business.
My main hesitation to getting started? I didn't have the cashflow to easily make a "no brainer" decision to invest in business coaching.
I had received a complimentary session with Daniel before officially signing up, and that was one of the best experiences of my life, so I was looking forward to continuing that with him as my coach.
Immediately after signing up I felt excited and optimistic.
What I enjoyed most about the experience was how personal everything seemed. Even to go as far as sending me a personalized binder with a [edited for secret awesomeness] was amazing!
It really went to show how much Daniel cares about each of his clients on a personal level and how he really does try to get to know each of them as individuals, not just customers.
One of my favorite lessons learned was about "creative avoidance."
I had never heard the term before, but once we discussed it, it all made so much sense and I could easily pin point and pick out the area in life where I creatively avoid the most!
I feel like it's an important thing to learn about because we ALL do it from time to time and just knowing now what it is gives me the mindfulness to identify when it's happening and stop it right in its tracks. I feel like creative avoidance is one of those subtle things that could actually end up being MAJORLY detrimental to the success of anyone in any area of life, not just business if left unchecked or unknown.
Since working with Daniel my marketing agency FINALLY has clients on a monthly retainer!
One client invests $1,600/mo. Another $400/mo with a 15% revenue sharing agreement on all new business I generate.
I also landed two clients who hired me to build them websites. Both agreed to pay $800 in exchange for testimonials of my work.
Working together has opened my eyes to so many things. Many of Daniel's lessons, ideas, and suggestions helped me take my business/entrepreneurial mindset to whole new levels and for that I am very grateful.
Would I recommend Applied Ideals business coaching? YES I definitely would!
I believe so much in the power of coaching and mentorship and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Daniel to any young or aspiring business owner who is looking to level up and hit new major milestones in their business.
Others should know that Applied Ideals is a business that is focused around YOUR success as their client. The business only succeeds if you do -- so take it seriously, be open minded to the coaching, and really leave it all on the table during each and every session because it will only help you in the end.
I enjoyed EVERY minute of my time with Daniel! He is somebody I look up to, appreciate, and am eternally grateful for for taking a chance on me. I very much look forward to building our relationship for the years to come.
