Client Success Story: VP of Marketing
The client is a VP of Marketing at an AI startup with over $5,000,000 in funding.
Before working with Applied Ideals, I felt overwhelmed by the number of tasks on my to-do list. No matter how many I completed, I never felt like I made much progress toward the big goals in my life that really mattered.
My biggest hesitation? The financial investment. It feels like a lot to invest in an abstract idea.
But after our first meeting I was excited. I sent Daniel the following:
A quick note to say THANK YOU for an inspiring conversation today. I'm really looking forward to working with you!
And once I was signed up I felt excited by the potential.
I didn't see the path yet, but I knew it was possible to change the way I work and prioritize my time to make work (and life) better.
The first couple of sessions were overwhelming. I felt a lot of self-induced pressure to start making a ton of changes, hold myself accountable and see progress. I forgot to show myself any patience or kindness. So it took me a few weeks to settle down and focus on the important reasons to do the work instead of just seeing a big task list.
What I liked best about our work together was your ability to pull resources from many sources to create a very tailored experience. The mix of reading, videos, exercises and advice was perfect and just what I needed to keep digging into the why behind what I was doing.
My biggest breakthrough was imagining the future! When I look back, we did this in a variety of ways and I found them all to be super helpful and inspiring.
As a result of working together, I have a renewed sense of purpose in my entrepreneurial work.
I invest more time and energy toward the goals that will move my business forward (instead of picking off the small and easy tasks that always kept me on a treadmill).
I also established a new morning routine that centers myself and my day.
What's the most important thing people should know about Applied Ideals coaching? There is more than one path to success and Applied Ideals coaching will help you explore them so you end up on one that feels right.
I would recommend your coaching to anyone struggling to make progress but also to those brave enough to realize that they don't have it all figured out. Even if things seems to be going along well, introducing new ideas and new ways of thinking will only lead to good things.
Thank you for your help and guidance, Daniel! I really appreciate it!
