So what is coaching exactly?

First, coaching is not:

  • Therapy

  • Mentorship

  • Training

Coaching is:

  • Transformation

I transform entrepreneurs so they:

  • See opportunities everywhere

  • Find the joy, strength, and inspiration of living and giving their gifts to the world

  • Jump out of bed in the morning excited about each day they've been given and

  • Have a consistent sparkle in their eye ;)

Along the way you'll:

  • Remember your big purpose

  • Stay accountable

  • Move forward every day with confidence

For example, we might work on:

You can hustle all you want, but speed is irrelevant if you're climbing the wrong ladder.

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people together to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

We all see the world through a unique lens. How can you make yours more empowering?

If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, Infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things thro’ narrow chinks of his cavern.
— William Blake

What are the people, places, and things that fill you with energy (and the people, places, and things that drain you)?

Don’t you enjoy being alive? Don’t you like feeling: This is me, this is my hand, this is my leg, I’m real, I’m solid, I’m alive!
— George Orwell

So you'll know what to do as soon as you wake up.

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.
— Buckminster Fuller

I know you're type. Full of ideas! Let's tame possibility overwhelm. Focus. Structure. Move forward every day.

One machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men. No machine can do the work of one extraordinary man.
— Elbert Hubbard

Wax on, wax off.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act but a habit.
— Aristotle

Why not?

Explanations establish islands, even continents, of order and predictability. But these regions were first charted by adventurers whose lives are narratives of exploration and risk. When the less adventuresome settlers arrive later to work out the details and domesticate these spaces, they lose the sense that all this certainty does not erase the myth, but floats in it.
— James Carse

Either get busy livin' or get busy dyin'.

Do not lose your knowledge that man’s proper estate is an upright posture, an intransigent mind and a step that travels unlimited roads. Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all.
— Ayn Rand
