STEP 1: One-on-one consultation to Clarify Your Sales Process

Before you even begin the 6 week boot camp, we’ll meet privately to make sure you:

• Clarify what you’re selling and to whom

  • What’s your unique selling proposition?

  • What’s the product behind the product?

  • Who are you not selling to?

  • How do you alleviate the buyer’s risk?

• Create a baseline of historical sales data - This way you’ll be able to prove your immense sales accomplishments later. Applied Ideals wants hundreds of case studies! ;)

  • What’d you bring in this month a year ago?

  • What about last month of this year?

• Level up your sales strategy

  • What 20% brings 80% of results? Referrals? Partnerships? What kinds? How?

  • What are the steps in your sales process? Are they clear? Optimized? Scripted?

• Map out an action plan with specific steps to take every day - This is the “simple sales activity” mentioned above. If it’s clear you’ll do it every morning. No excuses.
